Appraisal Reports
These reports include complete front,
rear and street scene photographs of the subject property, photos of
the front of each comparable sale, site sketch, location map,
detailed market comparable grid and licensed or certified signature.
All appraisals are completed under USPAP guidelines.
Drive-By Appraisals
The Form 704 and Form 2055 are the most commonly used
"short-form" real estate evaluation reports. Reports
include photos of subject and street scene and verification of
comparable sales. The Form 2055 has the option of an interior
inspection.
Desk Review Appraisal
A desk review is a review of completed appraisal's form and
content to determine its compliance to USPAP and typical appraisal
standards and practices. It is conducted by fully licensed or
certified appraisers.
Quality Control Review
Our staff appraisers can review appraisals for quality control
standards from our own checklist, or one tailored to fit your needs.
If requested, appraisals not meeting requirements you designate can
be sent out for desk or field review by our network of licensed
appraisers.
